Translation

We perform the translation and negotiation with our customers and suppliers and prepare the purchase list with photos and prices for approval of our customers before placing the order for the supplier.

Purchasing assistant

Our Purchasing Assistants are professionals that help our customers to purchase the products according to their needs. They are bilingual professionals with extensive knowledge of Yiwu market and other areas of China.

During the visit to the market, our staff will write down the orders in their notebook, information such as: Article, No. of Description, order quantity, size, color, form and measures of packaging, while taking photos of all products purchased, and prepare a report of the full order to check prices, total amount, full scaling of cargo. We do everything with great efficiency to save time to our customers.

Searching products

When finished the search and visit to our suppliers, we prepare a list of all products searched and our client is interested with all specified price and volume. After that, our customer can return to his/her country of origin that our office takes care of the rest in the import process.

Quality Inspection

If the purchase is made directly from the manufacturer, a professional will be sent to inspect whether the manufactory is producing the products within the standards and quality provided in the purchase order.

We send a technical report reporting the full inspection carried out within the manufacturer to our customer before shipping the product to our Warehouse.

Our warehouse

Our warehouse offers space and structure to collect and checking of cargo for 7 days a week.

China customs declaration

We prepare all documentation necessary within the customs of China for shipment of the container to anywhere in the world.

Container Loading

We work with the largest sea freight companies in the world.
We have high platforms and forklifts for greater flexibility and security in the containers' loading. We take photos in all container loading stages and sent to our customers for further monitoring in the dispatch of their cargo.

Documents

Our office will send all documents to the B/L (bill of louding) from the container to the customers by courier for release of load in the target customs.

International shipping

We organize the transportation of products as requested by customers via sea, air or land, or courier.
